$846,000

For the first time in nearly 100 years, this historic farm is being offered for sale. It represents a rare opportunity to own 58 acres in close proximity to Edmond and Oklahoma City, while maintaining a rural setting with endless recreation opportunities. Whether you envision a custom home, a barn, or watching livestock and wildlife graze from your back porch, this property offers all that and more. This heavily wooded tract offers privacy and seclusion, nestled in the back corner of the old farm. Old growth timber and thick underbrush make it a deer bedding hotspot complimented by a secluded pond that wildlife use frequently. There is also a fair amount of elevation change on this tract, offering someone the opportunity to clear out a building pad and have a view unobstructed by surrounding trees. If you are looking for acreage and the perfect home base near Oklahoma City, look no further. This is your chance to own your very own Oklahoma legacy property that can be yours for generations to come.
